PHARMACEUTICAL PROPERTIES
Compensation the androgen deficiency, stimulates the growth and the development of the male reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics, increases libido and potency, there is an anabolic effect, increases the amount of protein in tissues. Accelerates bone growth, stimulates erythropoesis.
The recommended doses do not reduce spermatogenesis. The drug is not hepatotoxicity.
INDICATIONS
Hypogonadism; psycho-vegetative disorders and decreased sexual activity, male sterility, aplastic anemia.
DOSAGE
Intramuscularly deep in the seat muscles.
Decreased sexual activity and psycho- genetic disorders – 100 mg for a day and then 25-50 mg. for a day for some months.
Hypogonadism: the development of secondary sexual signs - 150-300 mg for a day for some months;
Supporting therapy - 150 mg. once a day
Male sterility (To improve the quality and quantity of sperm): 100-150 mg. once a day during the spermatogenesis (90 days); after a few weeks - several times.
Aplastic anemia (to stimulate erythropoiesis)): 150-300 mg. for a day.
SIDE EFFECTS
In rare cases it is possible to appear liver changes. We should stop the treatment or to have lower doses when there is too frequent or too long erection.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Oversensitivity to the to the active substance or other components of the drug.
Prostate cancer.
STORAGE
Store this medication at 20°C to 30°C and away from heat, moisture and light. Keep all medicine out of the reach of children.
