Testosterone replacement therapy for male hypogonadism, when testosterone deficiency has been confirmed by clinical features and biochemical tests.
Testosterone administration may also be used as supportive therapy for female-to-male transsexuals.
Contraindications
Pregnancy
• Known or suspected carcinoma of the prostate or breast
• Breast-feeding.
• Hypersensitivity to the active substance including ethyl oleate.
Overdose
The acute toxicity of testosterone is low. If symptoms of chronic overdose occur (e.g. polycythaemia, priapism) treatment should be discontinued and after disappearance of the symptoms, be resumed at lower dosage.
Due to the nature of Eurosust 250 side effects cannot be quickly reversed by discontinuing medication. Injectables in general, may cause a local reaction at the injection site.

Dosage
Doses vary from one injection of 1 ml every two weeks to one injection of 1 ml every four weeks.

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton or label after the term “exp” (expiry date). The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Store below 30°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Store in the original package in order to protect from light.
